I graduated with a Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy with Premier Training in March 2004. Following this I worked as a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Practitioner within a major private gym and at my treatment room in Dumbarton. I have built up a solid client base and gained valuable experience dealing with a variety of different problems. Most clients are from a sporting or fitness background, though an increasing number are not. Many people now appreciate that Sports and Remedial Massage techniques can help a wide range of conditions.

I recently retired, after sixteen memorable years, as a Senior Instructor in the art of Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) with the Scottish Muay Thai Council. This was in order to devote more time to further my knowledge and experience in Sports Massage. Currently I am undertaking a further Diploma in Sports Massage with the Scottish School of Professional Massage. Continual training and development ensures that clients are receiving the highest standard of treatment.
